Mission Statement

Chatelaine is a beautiful, safe, friendly neighborhood where residents are committed to maintaining and increasing property values.

History

Chatelaine is a development of 201 homes created by Bati-Fleming Services in the 1970s. The Fleming Family were early activists in the founding of FAU. Bati Services was located in France. The names of the Streets come from the wine provinces of France.
